Avenues Design & Build works closely with skilled architects and can make recommendations for your project if the job requires it. We are also happy to work closely with your own architectural plans if you have them. We are experienced in working with planning departments on behalf of our clients. We can also assess whether or not your plans are likely to involve a party wall and appoint a party wall surveyor to obtain the requisite consent.
